But I'm, like... back and stuff! I have some seashells and cool rocks from the ocean to share. I'll bring the camera and show pictures next time the gang gets together, too. Also, saltwater taffy to share. Work is taking some adjusting to. Forty hour work weeks are alright, but it's going to take a lot of juggling to fit in friends and drawing and gaming and everything.

I think I'll manage it somehow.

If this works out, I'll be looking at the apartments right across the street from The Source (or close by, along Larpenteur). It's right on the bus route I take to get to work.

Also, Glee doesn't suck. I guess I'll start watching it now, before Fox cancels it like it cancels everything remotely decent. What can I say, I am shamefully a sucker for musicals. V isn't too bad yet. IT HAS WASH FROM FIREFLY IN IT. AND INARA ONLY I DIDN'T REALIZE IT WTF.

I drew a few suggestions I got when I decided to try and redesign Chione's clothing. Still thinking about what the real redesign will look like, but these were fun (if derpy). gawd, why suspenders.

I got my own Hunter: The Vigil book today. Two is better than one.

Ahahaha. I got my mom hooked on the Song of Ice and Fire. She was asking some questions about geography and we have, like, a half an hour discussion on where the Free Cities and the Grass Sea are, and the differences between the Seven Kingdom biomes. I'm not spoiling anything for her, but I'm good at discussing without letting on if she's right about something or not.

And this afternoon, I was reading the paper while my parents were planning their next trip. They're going to San Fransisco in the off-season (November) and they're getting really cheap ticket + hotel combos. So I think it's cool and say so, and my mom turns around with this :D look on her face and asks, "Do you want to go to San Fransisco with us?" Well, being the stereotypical Minnesotan I am, I said no, no, I don't want to be a bother or add expenses to their trip. But she told me to stop being an idiot and gave me the >:| mom look. I argued against going twice more, but hey, she knows how to twist an arm. I'm not going to complain about losing this fight.

I'm going to San Fransisco for three days in November. We're probably going to visit Alcatraz Island. I'm excited. :3
